Here's some really nice irony. The City arrests and summonses art vendors
for selling photos of 9/11 near the WTC, calling them ghouls. Meanwhile,
Giuliani Partner NYPD Commissioner Kerik, is making money from a book of
these same photos the proceeds of which were supposed to be going to the
families of police and firemen who died on 9/11.

Former top cop Bernard Kerik, pictured last Monday at Planet Hollywood, has
so far made $75,954.52 in royalties from "In the Line of Duty," (below)which
was published to raise money for families of heroes killed on 9/11.
Former Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik accepted thousands of dollars in
royalties from a book published to raise money for the families of heroes
killed on Sept. 11, 2001, the Daily News has learned.

Kerik contributed an 11-sentence foreword to the book of photographs, titled
"In the Line of Duty," in which he praised police and firefighters who
"desperately fought and struggled and bled and died in a noble effort."

"Theirs is a story beyond words; a story of bravery, fidelity and sacrifice;
a story that must never be forgotten," Kerik wrote.

Kerik's royalties on the book have so far totaled $75,954.52, sources told
The News.

The deal came about when Kerik was engaged in a torrid year-long affair with
the book's publisher, Judith Regan, as The News revealed in December.

In contrast, former Fire Commissioner Thomas Von Essen, who also wrote an
introduction to the book, accepted no money. Von Essen directed ReganBooks
to include his payment in its charitable donation, according to the
publisher's spokesman.

"Von Essen did not want to get paid, and in lieu of getting paid he wanted
the money donated to charity," said Paul Crichton, a ReganBooks spokesman.

Crichton confirmed Kerik was paid, but declined to discuss the amount,
citing company policy.

Asked about the royalties, Kerik spokesman Robert Leonard said the city's
former top cop has donated far more to charity since late 2001.

Leonard said Kerik paid income taxes on the royalties and has donated
$150,000 to charitable causes, including $120,000 to Sept. 11-related
charities and $50,000 to groups that help the families of cops and
firefighters.

Leonard declined to provide documents that would substantiate the numbers.

The book's cover states: "Publisher's profits will be donated to the New
York Police & Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund," which was created
in 1985 by former New York Met great Rusty Staub.

Indeed, ReganBooks has donated some $500,000 to the charity, and continues
to send checks and detailed accounting statements every six months, said the
charity's treasurer, David Golush.

"Tom Von Essen was our point person on that," Golush said. "Von Essen is the
one who called me up and said is it all right if [the charity] gets the
profits from the book."

Von Essen serves on the charity's board of directors.

Golush said he didn't know Kerik had received royalties.

"That's news to me, news to everyone," Golush said.

Gene Russianoff, director of the New York Public Interest Research Group,
said the proceeds from the photo book should have gone straight to the
charity.

"I'm sure when they look at the book, people think they are helping out the
department," Russianoff said.

The book, a collection of photographs at Ground Zero, spent four weeks on
the New York Times best-seller list.

Kerik's royalty checks were mailed to former Mayor Rudy Giuliani's
consulting firm in the name of Gryphon Strategic Group, a Delaware-based
entity that Kerik created. Kerik resigned from Giuliani's firm in December,
amid the controversy that enveloped him after he withdrew his nomination as
President Bush's homeland security secretary.

The News reported that Kerik used a secret apartment overlooking Ground Zero
to carry on extramarital affairs with Regan and a female correction officer
in the weeks after the terrorist attacks.

The News also revealed that Kerik had helped his brother and a close friend
get jobs with a city contractor who was battling allegations that his
company was mob controlled.

The city Department of Investigation is probing the allegations.

Zakhiem, who is an Israeli/American dual citizen and Shul Rabbi, has stalked the halls of US government for 25 yrs. Dov's Grandfather, Julius Zakheim (Zhabinka), born in the Ukraine in 1870, was a Russian rabbi who married a relative of Karl Marx. He was a Menshevik/Bolshevik and played a leading role in the 1905 turmoil that paved the way for the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution.

The Bolshevik master plan called for state of Israel. Israel was chosen for it's location to the world's oil and the aura of the religious significance.

His Father, Rabbi Jacob I. Zakheim, was born in 1910 and reared in Poland's hotbed of Zionist assassins and bombers. He was from a Polish town near Bialystok - same as Yitzhak Shamir. The family numbered Menachem Begin and Moshe Arens as friends.

Dov's father was an active member of Betar. Betar was formed in 1923 Riga, Latvia, and it's goal was control of the Mideast (and it's oil). Jabotinsky knew the Jews needed their own country and they chose Palestine and claimed it as a Jewish state "on both sides of the Jordan."

BETAR Was Just a Terrorist Organization formed because Zionists were sick of being run out and arrested in country after country - they wanted a place to escape to and act as their power base.

Betar joined forces with the Haganah, Irgun, and Stern gangs. With no prospect of a Jewish state in sight, they argued that armed struggle against the British was the only way. Since Britain occupied Palestine and was containing them they went on a Blood feast of bombings that killed hundreds of British soldiers (same as Iraq today).

In a document called "Rebuilding America's Defenses" published by The American Enterprise's "Project for a New American Century"(1), SPC International executive, Dov Zakheim, called for a 'Pearl Harbor' type of incident being necessary to foster the frame of mind needed for the American public to support a war in the Middle East that would politically and culturally reshape the region. A respected and established voice in the intelligence community, his views were eagerly accepted, and Dov went from his position at Systems Planning Corporation to become the Comptroller of the Pentagon in May 2001. (2) Tridata, a subsidiary of Systems Planning Corporation, was in charge of the investigation after the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in 1993.

Systems Planning Corporation, according to their official website, specializes in many areas of defense technology production and manufacture, including a system developed by their Radar Physics Group called the Flight Termination System, or FTS. (3) This is a system used to destroy target drones (craft that would be fired on by test aircraft or weaponry) in the event of malfunction or "misses". This highly sophisticated war-game technology allows the control of several 'drones' from a remote location, on varying frequencies, and has a range of several hundred miles. This technology can be used on many different types of aircraft, including large passenger jets.

According to the SPC website (4), a recent customer at that time was Eglin AFB, located in Florida. Eglin is very near another Air Force base in Florida-MacDill AFB, where Dov Zakheim contracted to send at least 32 Boeing 767 aircraft, as part of the Boeing /Pentagon tanker lease agreement. (5)

As the events of September 11, 2001 occurred, little was mentioned about these strange connections, and the possible motives and proximity of Dov Zakheim and his group. Since there was little physical evidence remaining after the events, investigators were left only with photographic and anecdotal evidence.

This is a photograph of the Flight Termination System module, from their site. (5). Note it has a cylindrical shape, and is consistent with the size and shape of the object observed under the fuselage of flight 175.

The FTS in this photo is a small cylindrical structure that starts about 1 meter from the nose and extends back towards the tail. It is about 12 inches in diameter, and extends along under the front wheel, in middle, slightly off- center, ending right up under the cockpit.

The Boeing lease deal involved the replacement of the aging KC-135 tanker fleet with these smaller, more efficient Boeing 767s that were to be leased by Dov Zakheim's group. The planes were to be refitted with refueling equipment, including lines and nozzle assemblies.

This anonymous tourist photo allegedly shows Flight 11. Note the gray anomaly under the right wing.

In this enlargement of flight 175, we can clearly see a cylindrical object under the fuselage, and a structure that appears to be attached to the right underside of the rear fuselage section.

When seen in comparison, it is obvious that the plane approaching the Trade Center has both of these structures-the FTS module and the midair refueling equipment, as configured on the modified Boeing 767 tankers. Of particular interest is the long tube-like anomalous structure under the rear fuselage area of flight 175-this structure runs along the right rear bottom of the plane, as it also does on the Boeing 767 refueling tanker pictured.

After considering this information, I am convinced that flight 175, as pictured on the news media and official reports, was in fact a refitted Boeing 767 tanker, with a Flight Termination System attached. Use of this system would also explain the expert handling of aircraft observed in both New York and Washington investigations, which has been officially credited to inexperienced flight school students.

Since the refitted 767s were able to carry both passengers and a fuel load, as shown in this photo, it is likely that the plane designated Flight 175 was in fact a refitted 767 tanker, disguised as a conventional civilian passenger plane.

As shown in this photo of a 767 being serviced, the FTS unit, when in position, would be small and unobtrusive enough to be fairly innocuous (at least to casual observers, such as passengers). The smallest circle indicates the size and position of the anomaly depicted in the photos of Flight 175. The larger circle, which is the size of the engine housing, shows the size of the anomaly in relation to the engine. Note the size and position of the open hatches on the engine housing, which would tend to discredit the widely held theory that the anomaly is an open hatch or cargo door.

Since the evidence from the World Trade Center site was quickly removed, there is little concrete evidence of the involvement of Dov Zakheim, who has since left his position at the Pentagon. However, the proximity of Eglin AFB to MacDill AFB in Florida and Dov Zakheim's work via SPC contracts and the Pentagon leasing agreement on both of these installations, combined with SPC's access to World Trade Center structural and security information from their Tridata investigation in 1993, is highly suspicious. Considering his access to Boeing 767 tankers, remote control flight systems, and his published views in the PNAC document, it seems very likely he is in fact a key figure in the alleged terrorist attacks in New York City on September 11, 2001.

However, we do stand by our assertion that the Rabbi called for it as well, insofar that he signed his name onto this document. If he signed it he agrees with it and therefore he is calling for it.

Some of you have argued that we are singling out Rabbi Zakheim because he is Jewish, implying that we are pushing some sort of twisted anti-semetic agenda while noting that he is not the only one who signed the PNAC document and therefore wondering why our article is about him and not the others. We do not mean to imply that the Rabbi acted alone, our article simply points out that Rabbi Zakheim had access to things like structural integrity, blueprints and any number of important facets of information about the WTC through his work with TRIDATA CORPORATION in the investgation of the bombing of the WTC in 1993. Pentagon Fraud Chief Dov Zakheim Goes to Booz-Allen Rabbi Zakheim has left the Pentagon. Thank God.

After more than 20 years of presiding over more than $3 trillion worth of military fraud, Pentagon Comptroller Dov Zakheim has left the building. He will join Booz Allen Hamilton through the traditional revolving door for government-corporate insiders.

A former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense from 1985-1987 and Pentagon Comptroller since 2001, Zakheim was responsible for mismanaging more than $400 billion annually, as Pentagon discredited audits have persisted year after year.

The Department of Defense has never received a clean financial audit.

As recently as the December 18, 2003 audit by GAO (General Accounting Office), the Pentagon's 'War on Iraq Scam' and other Information Technology (IT) Fraud yielded $1.6 billion in "losses," money "missing" and otherwise unaccounted for.

In an article from "Government Executive" magazine ("Bye Bye Budgeteer," May 2004) Zakheim admitted, "...we are in the business of fighting wars.
We are not in the business of balancing books."

Zakheim, an ordained rabbi, is leaving Pentagon finances in shambles with more than 5,000 different financial systems supposedly in place. That means 5,000 open-ended opportunities for fraud.

If his position was Chief Financial Officer of a major corporation, Zakheim would be charged with criminal conspiracy, negligence and thousands of counts of fraud. As it is, he is joining the so-called private sector.

After all, privatizing government fraud through the control of accounting and IT systems in federal agencies is the most lucrative scam in America.

in this PDF file, the FBI says that Hamza purchsed tickets for 2 different flights. this brings up several questions. First, why would he purchase a ticket for anything besides flight 175 (or tickets to get there? This (flight 7950) is for La to San Fran supposedly, but the problem is that UA doesnt have flight numbers tht go that high? Did mueller make a typo ? kinda to hard to believe that for me IMHO!
