 Motion for Immediate Release of Moussaoui Zacarias due to
 overwhelming proof of an FBI cover up. Hearing must be held
 to hear testimony of Hussein AL ATTAS along side Coleen
 Rowley.
 
 ALLAH U AKBAR. On August the 18 2001 Hussein AL ATTAS (who
 was arrested with me on the 16 August) had a telephone
 conversation with the Imam of Norman Mosque[nc] from
 Sherbune County Jail Minnesota. *in Arabic[in margin] In
 this conversation* the Imam says to Hussein AL ATTAS "I
 heard you were[ul] going on Jihad (holy war)." The
 conversation was recorded by Sherbune Jail and the FBI made
 the translation from Arabic to English.
 
 This Jihad conversation will have gave enough reason and
 evidence for Senior FBI to allow Agent like Coleen Rowley to
 at least try to go to a Judge to get a warrant.
 
 The Full Transcript of AL ATTAS conversation with the Norman
 Imam has been on June 1 2002 classified as Secret. The FBI
 is using Under Seal and Secret classification to prevent the
 people to have a complete picture of the cover up.
 
 How can this conversation become secret only on June 1 2002
 after I started to expose their cover up.
 
 AL ATTAS has not been accused of any crime the Imam of
 Norman Masq as well. How can their conversation threaten the
 US National Security ???
 
 Indeed, it is a major risk, threat against the US cover up
 of September 11. AL ATTAS will enable everybody to know that
 the FBI is currently CONSPIRING TO KILL BY LEGAL MEAN
 ZACARIAS MOUSSAOUI TO COVER UP FOR SEPTEMBER 11.

 To testify on the conversation by telephone he had on the 18
 August 2001 from Sherbune County Jail Minnesota with the
 Imam of Norman Mosque and to testify on the information he
 gave to the FBI following it arrest on August the 16 and
 before September 11.
 
 I, Slave of ALLAH, Zacarias convene by compulsory process
 Coleen Rowley
 FBI lawyer to testify on how Senior FBI prevented
 Minneapolis Field agent to investigate properly Zacarias
 Moussaoui. Coleen Rowley expertise will be invaluable to
 establish that the FBI had enough information, evidence to
 at least go and try to get a warrant from a Judge.
