 STOP PLAYING CLINTON GAME OF LIES THE FBI WAS ASKED TO
 CERTIFY THAT THEY DID NOT FOLLOW ME. NOT THE GOVERNMENT.
 
 Motion to get FBI certification and or Immediat release.
 
 ALLAH U AKBAR. The response of the government must be
 dismiss as misleading and out of subject as my motion was
 asking for an Federal Bureau of Investigation certification
 that the FBI were not conducting an under cover surveillance
 operation on me and the 19 Hijackers before Sept 11 2001.
 
 The prosecution is playing Daff, Dumb and trying to deceive
 everybody by talking about the "Government". Not a single
 time in the entire response to my motion to obtain FBI
 certification the prosecution mention the FBI name. They are
 lying and playing with word the same was as CLINTON.
 
 To say that "The Government" was not conducting a
 surveillance operation against me and 19 hijacker MEAN
 NOTHING in a court. Nobody want to know if the Secretary of
 Agriculture was conducting a surveillance. I want to know
 publicly that the FBI was conducting an under cover
 surveillance operation on me and the 19 hijacker before Sept
 11.
 
 In its Non Response the prosecution alleged that "The
 defendant is not entitled to such certification" because
 claim must "not be based upon mere suspicion but at least
 appear to have colorable basis"
 
 So let see if there are SOME COLORABLE Basis.
 
 - It is not the case that Coleen Rowley and FBI Agent in
 Minneapolis sent a letter to the Congress accusing the FBI
 director (Mueller III) of MISREPRESENTING the fact when he
 told American his agency did not have probably cause to
 search the computer of Zacarias Moussaoui (see: only CIA
 knew hijacker were here by Joyce Howard Rice. The Washington
 Time June 3 2002. Coleen Rowley FBI Agent declared that the
 FBI headquarter "continued to almost INEXPLICABLY throw up
 roadblock and undermine Minneapolis by now desperate effort
 to obtain a FISA search warrant long after the French
 intelligence service provided its information and probable
 cuase became clear. HQ personnel brought up almost
 Ridiculous question in their APPARENT EFFORT TO UNDERMINE

 - It is not the case that "the CIA told the FBI in January
 2000 that one of the Sept 11 hijacker was attending a
 meeting of suspected terrorist in Kualalampur Malaysia and
 had a type of visa that should have draw suspicion, a senior
 intelligence official said yesterday, citing e mail held by
 CIA."

 FBI official that bureau headquarter had no information
 about Kalid Almihdhar before August 23" by Walter Pincus and
 Dan Eggen Washington Post Tuesday June 02
 
 In fact, it is beyond reasonable doubt that the FBI was
 facilitating the movement of the 19 hijacker in and out of
 the country. By doing this, they took Directly PART in the
 conspiracy of September 11.
 
 Section 3504 Permit an "aggrieved party" to make a "claim"
 that evidence is inadmissible "because it is primary product
 of an unlawful act or because it was obtained by the
 exploitation of an unlawful act". The FBI unlawfully aided
 and abetted the 19 hijackers. Therefore prosecution Must be
 Dismiss. Certification of FBI surveillance must be produce
 and order.
 
 They arrested Zacarias Moussaoui because they knew that he
 was not part of the 19 hijacker so they was no risk to alert
 them. They could not arrest Hanjour who was also reported by
 PAN AM.
 
 It is not the case that Mohammad Atta flew out of Miami to
 Madrid Spain for a week. He was not arrested by INS for
 overstaying his visa. Then Mohammad Atta ( May ALLAH have
 mercy on him) was allowed back into the US even though he
 had overstayed his temporary visa. Mohammad Atta was BRIEFLY
 DETAINED at the airport in Miami and then was CLEARED BY INS
 to enter the US as a tourist despite repeated visa
 violation.
 
 It is not the case that Kalid Almihdhar was on the
 government WATCH LIST for Suspected Terrorist but he was
 allow to enter the US twice without being arrested by the
 FBI at all[nc] especially on July 4 2001.
 
 It is not the case that: my address 23 A Lambert Road was
 raided after the Ambassy bombing in Africa : that the FBI
 recorded and translated a conversation between AL ATTAS and
 Imam of Norman say "I heard you were going on Jihad" giving
 probable cause to obtain the "claim warrant."
 
 These are some of the colorable basis why the FBI must not
 be trusted they are acting in BAD FAITH. They are trying to
 kill me as a scapegoat for Sept 11. They want my Death to
 cover up for their Participation in September 11.
