On 7/7 Rudy Giuliani was in London nearby the attacks, coming from
Yorkshire, 200 miles away.
His reason for a visit in London is not established yet.
According to a BBC5 report, the consultancy agency Visor Consultants with government and police
connections
was running an exercise for an unnamed company that revolved around the London Underground being
bombed
at the exact same times and locations as happened in real life on the morning of July 7th.
There are some claims, that Rudy Giuliani had "past associations" with Power Visor Consultants.
( these links havent been establish yet) ,however Peter Power might know Richard Sheirer, Giuliani
& Partners,
because both met on older and forthcoming "world conference of disaster management",
Sheirer was former Commissioner of New York City�s Mayor�s
Office of Emergency Management (OEM), which drilled "building collapses" and "plane crashes" prior
9/11,
as confirmed by Bernhard Kerik at a May 2004 testimony for the 9/11 panel.

Who was fooled on 911? The most protected airspace in the world (the Pentagon) was penetrated, well after both towers were hit and our nation knew we were under attack. While the truth remains a mystery to most of us, it appears that we are not being told the full story. While some of this may appear to be "conspiracy theories" on the surface, there is plenty material to show that the full truth has not been made public.
After reading these articles and my airgames page, i think you will come to the same conclusion. This page is not intended to point fingers at the government, or any other party, but only to provide information. While some things do appear to be not forthcoming, or even "covered up". Let us not jump to conclusions that everyone in the government is the opposition. Indeed, we know that many factions of the government would like to know exactly what happened that day.In the material that has been presented to me, it is apparent that this could not have been done at least without help from someone on the "inside".
I invite all gov agencies including th Air Force (regular visitors), and urge all military to read this from Col. Donn de Grand-Pre, U.S. Army (ret.) - Then read the first few articles below !
These articles (and the ones below) pose questions about the FAA, ATC, radar, NORAD, transcipts and other inconsistencies. IMHO, the flight maps hold a valuable clue. The maps we were shown are inconsistent with the 911 commission report, as well as with witness testimony, and news articles. Why would these maps be so different? See my Airgames >site for a clue.

Significant "terror drills" between 2000 and September 12th, 2001
The Pavel footage has come up again (the second video of the first
tower strike) Pavel Hlava supposedly did not know he had recorded the tower being struck.
This sounds IMPOSSIBLE to me.
He zooms in tight on the tower, in a moving vehicle, JUST as the tower was struck, all the while
having to keep the camrea focused.

The Naudet video
In looking at several different TV versions of this video, i found at least 3 different audio
tracks.
One has no explosion sound, one has 1 explosion sound, and one has 2 explosion
sounds.
In the original, you can hear the guy in the background say HOLY SH**
so, the audio was NOT just taken out alltogether, it was MODIFIED. at least twice.
One has to wonder who and why they would change the audio track?
What did they not want us to hear?
Team8 + Article - 9-11 Something smells in the air
On September 10th N591UA and N594UA were reported at 2 places at one time.
On Sept 10th 2001, Flight 0078 (N591UA) arrived in Newark from SFO (San Fransisco) at 6:54 wheel on
time. However, Flight 0507, with the same tail number, 591UA departed Boston Logan for ORD
(Chicago) at 7:39 wheel off time.
Also, Boston does not have records of N591UA arriving at Logan that day and Newark only has it
departing once at 19:40 PM EST.
There seems to be a problem here. It had 45 mins from touchdown in San Francisco before it left
from Chicago. Backtracking N594UA, i come up with a similar scenario. Were
these planes swapped on Sept 10th?

These are absolute facts that cannot be ignored:
Question 1: How did the "hijackers" know exactly where these huge
breaches
in air defence were located?
Question 2: Why go to all that trouble when you can take off from
nearby airports (Dulles/Newark), hijack the plane and crash it straight away?

Significant "terror drills" between 2000

NOTE:
I started with research on "terror drills" in late 2001.
The point of this list is to show, that it has nothing to do with the "Ruppert-research" of
military routine issues prior 9/11.
Disturbingly FTW never responded on any drills of this list.
FACT:
So called "wargames" (which target oversea enemies only, i.e. Air Strikes against North Korea
etc..) imply negligence and limited hangout. They regularly took place since WW2.
The following "terror(ist) drills" (which target individual enemies WITHIN the United States) not
only imply prior knowlegde of specific details and locations of 9/11 and the "anthrax attack(s)",
but also active planning, participation and orchestration of the attacks.
Complicity only (LIHOP) is therefore impossible.
There are only a few military exercises, "wargames" or plans known, which embedded terrorist plans
similar to 9/11:
Among them OPERATION NORTHWOODS and SKY SHIELD II.
CONCLUSION:
9/11 was a military inside operation, under the main leadership of (private) military U.S.
business, with only a few moles within the commercial aviation industry and pentagon.
According to documents of the BTS database, radar maps and official transcripts, Flights AND planes
must have been switched, replaced and grounded on Sep11th, which was only possible as an element of
yet unnamed drills of that day, possibly partly embedded in well known drills or as a separate
Operation.
Pittsburgh International Airport control tower was ordered to be evacuated at 9:49 on 9/11, 21 minutes before United flight 93 crashed in the Pennsylvania countryside. What possibly could have been the reasoning for evacuating the control tower when an air crisis was going on?

Officials at the Chantilly, Va.-based National Reconnaissance Office had scheduled an exercise that morning in which a small corporate jet would crash into one of the four towers at the agency's headquarters. Adding to the coincidence, American Airlines Flight 77 -- the Boeing 767 that was hijacked and crashed into the Pentagon -- took off from Dulles at 8:10 a.m. on Sept. 11, 50 minutes before the exercise was to begin.
IN addittion, i am just realizing the importance of the order given to Johnstown airport? Why evacuate an airport? the plane was no-radio, but wan not even considered a confirmed hijack at that point? And an airport is not exactly a prime target for a hijacker to crash at? There was a reason they wanted this airport vacant, and it was NOT cos flight 93 was shot down ! Now, check the shady connections of the officials in the area that flight 93 crashed!

Many 9/11 researchers pray it all over again: "There were lots of warnings."
It was more than this. The United States lied to us. During 2001, especially in the summer, they
mentally prepared, drilled, trained and brainwashed local U.S. communities about a pending (bio-)
terror attack, including in the areas of Westmore County/Johnstown/Shanksville, Florida, DC and New
York. In these 2 parts we will once again focus on the Johnstown Area, which was 30 miles away from
the official crash of "flight93".
On September 10th, 2001, the day before 9/11, the Cambria County Local
Emergency Planning Committee, had their final "terror meeting" of many,
which took place in the area around Shanksville....
9/11 was a combination of older terror drills, NOT wargames! Major parts had been also tested during Amalgam Virgo 01 (June 2001) and during three until recently lesser-known drills in Westmore County, Buffalo and Dayton. These three drills had odd similarities with the fate of Flight 77, Flight 11, Flight 175 and Flight 93.

My story of Flight 93 aka N591UA starts already on June 12, 2001. On this weekend the Pittsburgh-area emergency personnel of Westmoreland County, the area around Shanksville, had already participated in full-scale mock-disaster drills. Once again, these drills had nothing to do with "wargames", but clearly have to be defined and distinguished as anti-terror drills:

Atta's Portland flight did not exist; various flights of the official flights or the tail numbers of their precursors existed twice; new, recently unknown terror drills show, that the scenario of 9/11 was well known; the new "flight plans" and meeting points of the alleged hijacked flights included too many coincidences; the planners of the "hijack" must have had inside knowledge about other flights and their cancellations as well.
On Sept 10th 2001 a plane with the tail# N591UA was reported in 2 different places at the same time accoring to a Government database at www.bts.gov this plane was reported the next day to have crashed as flight 93. The 2 flight 93's and also in the article above.

Flight 11). Minutes later it turned southwest without clearance from air traffic control. At 8:47
it’s transponder code changed, and then changed

Unfortunately this is simply not true. To put it mildly.
The first one to mention
that Flight 175 crashed is NBC minutes before noon.

The 2 videos show that there may have been an explosion
several floors above the impact of the plane!
This has serious implications that
either a missile struck, or a bomb went off.
The plane hit between the 94th and 98th floors according to the FEMA report. This explosion was
between the 106th and 110th floors.
This page shows stills from 2
videos. One shows the 2nd impact from a side view. The wings
should have sheared off since this plane came in at an angle, Tip to tip the wings would have
spanned several floors and the continuous floor structure would have presented a great resistance
to the wings staying intact with the fuselage. Since the gas tanks on a Boeing 767 are on the wings
and about 90ft apart from each other, the main explosions should have stayed in the
building and not exited the other side.
This page shows video stills of the 2nd
plane exiting the building. A very large object, which at first appears
to be the nose of the plane, seems to begin its exit then explode. If the nose of the plane and
front part of the fuselage made it through the building without hitting any major support
structures, elevator shafts, or going through the floors, then it simply should have exited and
fell to the ground. This object seems to have created its own explosion on exit of the
building.

What do we know about theflight maps we were shown from the 911
planes?
The maps and the flight transcripts do not
match...
Many people now considering the real possibillity that no-757
hit the Pentagon. If this is true, then someone has been duped (besides the public), it is also
then true that someone is covering up evidence.
If flight 77 did not hit the Pentagon, then where did it go? If the information from ATC, the FAA
and other sources are wrong about this, then they could easily be wrong about the other 911 planes.
If the transpoder code is off, and there is another plane close to the plane being tracked, they
could appear as one blip according to the radar. One plane may have been a few thousand feet above
or below the other, and as far as the controllers would know, it would be the same plane. (thus a
"plane swap").
The 911 planes just happen to cross eash others path that day. There were also
several "war games" being played by our government. (just a coincidence!). One of those games
included the "fake" hijacking of aircraft. The 911 commission stated that flight 175 CHANGED its
transponder code twice. This, at the same time that flight 93 was crossing it ? Flight 93
changed 3 times and filed a new flight plan AFTER the plane was hijacked!

Larry Silverstein, the owner of the WTC complex, admitted on a September 2002 PBS documentary, 'America Rebuilds' that he and the NYFD decided to 'pull' WTC 7 on the day of the attack. The word 'pull' is industry jargon for taking a building down with explosives.
