Attacks on USA could only be organized at the state level

It is clear to all, that without powerful state support, it is practically impossible to organize such attacks, which were hit on USA on the last Tuesday. This fact is confirmed also by representatives of the government of United States, who informed, that attack against USA became possible due to disorder of operation of the satellite system of NASA. Thus, the American experts approve, that attack was directed on satellite system of USA as a whole, instead of on internal system of air defense. It is obvious, that the group, which has prepared massive attack to USA, was armed not only with high-qualified pilots – ready for suicide, but also hackers of the highest qualification.

Obviously that precision was necessary to guide in air space of USA of what to have the capability to direct airliners on the required purposes. And it under force of that, who had an opportunity repeatedly to fly above territories of the future attacks, or had an opportunity to receive exact coordinates of space investigation on each of the purposes. The last is the most probable as to imagine, that pilots of all of 12 planes, involved in attack of USA, were recruited and committed suicide, it is almost impossible. Thus, with very big share of confidence, it is possible to approve that behind air attacks on Washington and New York, there is not a simple «terrorist group» or fully blamed by American MASS-MEDIA Osama bin Laden, who is compelled to disappear in Afghanistan, but a state with enough advanced technology. Such state should have enough resources in hands for organization of the actions similar to those, which occurred in two central cities of USA.

In this connection, the natural question in such cases - logically follows, to whom favorably is that what has taken place in USA? We can dare assert, that it is favorable, first of all, to Russia and to Iran. The reasons on which, it is favorable to these two states is possible to result tens. But main goals, in our opinion, are three.

The first goal is to put USA in common build and to deprive it of the opportunity to apply role of a unique superpower of the world. The second goal is to damp ardor of Washington to interfere in affairs of the Caspian region. The third goal is to fasten USA to global «antiterrorist» (and, as a matter of fact, anti-Islamic) policy of the Kremlin.

Schematically organization of air raids on USA can look as follows. Russia carries out technical support (including space investigation, electronic diversion). Iran delivers executors. Executors grasp planes in air and direct on a fixed certain objects. In this connection, it would be logical thoroughly to check up the data on all passengers of 12 planes. Certainly among them will be either citizens of Iran, or Iranians living in USA. 

The announcement of vice-speaker of Russian State Duma, Zhirinovsky look strange in this connection. Leader of LDPR (Liberal Democratic Party) considers that terrorist attacks in territory of USA are «connected with arrival of new epoch, when humanity will not be measured» with desires of Washington to establish world supremacy, informs RBK. Russian deputy announced that beginning with the incident in Persian lough in the beginning of 90-ies, America made the attempts to establish its hegemony. As a result «America is hated by entire planet». In the current situation, Russia has unique chance, considers Vladimir Zhirinovsky. In his opinion, «only we can influence Arabs, only we have unique technology and modern systems of air defense, our weaponry can sink entire continents to the bottom of the sea». American NMD (National Missile Defence) system as a result of today's incidents showed its complete incapability. In opinion of leader of LDPR, USA will soon, again, as it was in the case of Iraq, «will bomb the Palestinian objects, yet it will not provide security to USA».

Commentary, as it is said, is additional.

One more interpretation of the incident is allowable. Though the probability of its reliability is a little bit lower than the above-stated one. But completely to exclude it is also impossible. Attacks on Washington and New York have been organized by Israel. Present position of Israel is very disturbing. It is possible to speak that Israel actually has completely lost international fear campaign and the severe actions, which have been carried out by Israel in 40, 60-80-ies years against Arabs, today are practically impossible without catastrophic consequences for the Jewish statehood. Pressure of Arabs accrues. The situation is not rescued even with puppet Arafat.

The Muslim lobby strengthens their influence in USA. Due to this disturbing situation, in opinion of Jewish organizations of America, leaders of these organizations specified the symptom repeatedly. Having made acts of terrorism against Americans and beforehand worry about the appropriate information leakages, emphasizing on investigation of «Islamic trace», Tel Aviv, thus, tries to transform USA into the irreconcilable enemy of the enemies, pushing the offended America in the most severe war against Muslims before utter annihilation of somebody from them. The game, in this case, is going thus – either all or nothing, as in cases of exposure of Israel, consequence for it will be catastrophic.

To be exponential, in this connection, sounds the announcement of Minister of National Infrastructure of Israel, Avigdor Lieberman In his words, terrorist action hit on USA, which as a state, impersonates liberty and democracy. And today the entire independent world must take right steps in relation to terror. «It is clear, that behind it stands Muslim terror(!? ed. K-?). The whole world must now understand that how does Israel feel itself, where practically daily thunder explosions and peaceful inhabitants are killed. I think, that today the time has come to put aside all illusions and unite in the struggle against terrorism». Israeli Minister suggests that the world «should make the right option in relation to terrorism» - option, which is offered by Israel itself….

Pro-Kremlin analytics beat alarm

In spite of the fact that Vladimir Putin at every suitable occasions tries to inspire the world community, that war in Caucasus for a long time was terminated, but nobody believes him. Entire world excellently knows about actual state of affairs in Ichkeria. Even gentle president of Finland, receiving Putin in one of these days, could not hide her confusion when he in her presence, while replying to journalists about situation in Chechen Republic, angrily answered – «war has ended». The answer to this has sounded almost the same as after destruction of «Kursk», he announced: «it has sunk!» The answer of Putin once again has convinced journalists, who just have received fresh bulletins about explosion in carefully protected building of occupation administration in Johar city and two shot down helicopters, that Putin is lying. And lie is not from a good life.

So-called college of ethnology and anthropology of Russian Academy of Science of Russian Federation and London Forum have acted under early warning and reaction of (Great Britain) in one of these days with warning, that operations in Chechen Republic, most likely, will be intensified in the months ahead. Russian and English analytics consider, that intensity of military actions in Caucasus in turn will result in increase of support of international Islamic organizations, which in this or that way try to organize help for Chechen mujahideen. This warning occurs in joint report of Russian college and British forum, made on a background of ineffectual attempts of Kremlin for unprecedented actions of force and mass terror to break resistance of Chechens.

The western press states, that exactly these colleges took part in preparation of recent meeting in Sweden between representatives of Russia and organizations near to president Maskhadov. It is especially marked, that their call to search for a political way of settlement of the conflict has got support of some Russian ministers. However, surnames of these ministers are not mentioned. Russian side declares thus, that welcomes financial backing of the European structures, including EU, which assists in «restoration of destroyed republic».

However, in opinion of Moscow, peaceful settlement of situation in Chechen Republic is disturbed by certain strengthening of influence of volunteers from Afghanistan, Pakistan Turkey, Jordan and Saudi Arabia, who undermine authority of local Chechen field commanders». Propaganda character of these statements looked so obvious, that English counterparts from the Forum under early warning and reaction have kept separate from this thesis. At the same time, Englishmen have supported fears of Russian analysts that the situation in Caucasus tends to exit from the control of Moscow.
