During the 911victims conference at the Unansweredquestions.Org event in June 2002, Julie Sweeney dramatically explained, how she felt: She "can't accept money from our government under the façade of goodness and generosity when on the flip side they have capped the funds available to be recovered and they've limited the liability of the airlines for the approximately 271 people on these four planes.
