From 911Encyclopedia:
Almost ignored by US media, 3300 unknown prisoners, including many Taliban fighters, had been held in an Afghanistan-camp in Shebarghan during 2001-2002. Then, in February 2002, the Physicians for Human Rights revealed appalling conditions at this Prison. Nothing was made public, how the Pentagon or CIA was able to seperate "suspects" to Cuba (->Guantanamo Bay) from "innocent" Taliban fighters, who just fought against the "retaliation".
