Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems is one of the US Military companies (in 2002 merged with TRW), that profits most of the "war on terrorism".
Headquartered in Baltimore, Md., Northrop Grumman is a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of defense electronics systems including airborne radar systems, navigation systems, electronic warfare systems, precision weapons, airspace management systems, air defense systems, communications systems, space systems, marine systems, oceanic and naval systems, logistics systems, and automation and information systems.
Kent Kresa is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Northrop is specialised in Remote Control Vehicles (RCV). In January 2003, their subsidiary Remotec UK, received a contract by the UK Ministry of Defence, as a member of a BAE SYSTEMS-led consortium.
