(->), announced the "mortgage secured by 7 World Trade Center,
a commercial office complex controlled by real estate developer Larry
Silverstein (->)"

Building 7 collapsed under strange circumstances at around 5:30 PM in
the evening of September 11th.
Some weeks later, it was revealed that the CIA
had an office in the Building.
