Since September 2002,anti-war resolutions have been approved by more than 125 IS-cities including Los Angeles; Kalamazoo, Mich.; Chicago; Portland, Maine; and Milwaukee. On March, 12th, 2003, the City Council of New York approved a resolution opposing war with Iraq except as a last resort.
