From 9/11 Encyclopedia:
On November 28th, 2001 a car bomb destroyed a hotel in Kenya.
Another missile was fired on an israeli Boeing. A previously unknown
group,
The Government of Universal Palestine in Exile, The Army of
Palestine, claimed responsibility for the hotel attack, which killed at
least 12.
The Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, a Yasser Arafat-linked militia
that has carried out numerous similar attacks, said it was behind the
polling-place raid.
However Kenyan and Israeli officials said the hotel
attack was carried out by agents linked to Osama bin
Laden's al
Qaeda
network.
