L3 history
http://www.l-3com.com/about_l3/history/

In 1997, Frank C. Lanza and Robert V. LaPenta decided to form a business, ...in conjunction with Lehman Brothers and Lockheed Martin decided to form a mezzanine company - L-3 Communications - that would be the supplier of choice for prime contractors.

December 1999 - L-3 acquired Space and Navigation Systems, a leader in navigation products for major weapons systems and satellites....

February 2000 - L-3 acquired the assets of the Training Devices and Training Services (TDTS) business of the Raytheon Company...

June 2000 - L-3 acquired all of the outstanding stock of MPRI...

May 2001 - L-3 added EER Systems, specializing in communication systems...

November 2002 -L-3 acquired Wescam, a leading provider of wireless visual information systems to the military and commercial sectors...

November 2001 - L-3 acquired Spar Aerospace Limited, a leading global provider of turnkey aviation life cycle management services

EER Systems is actually teamate from DYONYX, which is a enterprise security "outsource and solutions Provider",
which worked closely with the NSA.

In October 2002, "two DYONYX senior security analysts have earned the United States National Security Agency’s Information Security Assessment Methodology Certification (IAM):

...There are less than 2000 NSA IAM Certified security professionals worldwide, indicating the high bar the NSA has set for achieving this certification...
...The IAM course was originally developed by NSA to train U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) organizations...

Why "trailblazer" was the real codeword for 9/11

There are many hints for this speculative claim.
Let's start with the very own statement of the NSA, which claimed that they picked up an alleged 'terrorist note' on September 10th, 2001:

"Tomorrow is Zero Hour"

Zero Hour meant, that 9/11 will go hot on September 11th.
On September 10th, also Rumsfeld symbolically "attacked" the Pentagon in his famous "Tail-to-Tooth" speech (see above)

"Trailblazer", the so called secret satellite surveillance program was contracted by the NSA, NRO and NGA during 1998/99.

And "trailblazer" was partly developed in the very same pentagon wedge,
which was officially attacked on 9/11.

Trailblazer is linked to the most powerful private military contractors: Lockheed, Raytheon, SAIC and many others.

Symbolically the name "trailblazer" represents an enourmous paradigm change.
TrailBlazerTM was also the name for the first commercial lunar mission.
Trailblazer was the name of one of the first high speed modems in the 80s.
Trailblazer is also the name of one of the most succesful SUVs of General Motors.
Ironically on board of General Motors you will find one of THE powerbrokers of military industry:
Kent Kresa from Northrop Grumman.
Kresa brokered the most important aquisitions of Northrop Grumman, i.e.
they grabbed Newport News Shipbuilding away from General Dynamics.
He brokered the merge with TRW.
Kresa was also involved in Grumman's Logicon TASK,
which developed NSA's "Project Trailblazer", together with Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., the Boeing Co., Titan Corporation and some smaller shell companies, including EDS (e-voting machines) or Veridian (Neil Armstrong, ex-NASA missions).

When officially "launched" in 2000, a team led by Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) of San Diego won yet another NSA $280 million contract for Trailblazer, again including the same players:

Boeing Co., Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.,Computer Sciences Corp., Northrop Grumman Corp. and former SAIC subsidiary Telcordia Technologies Inc.
(see also
SAIC- power structure 9/11 and more
http://www.team8plus.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?1664 )

The aim was from the beginning to handle surveillance of cell phones, e-mail, fiber-optic telephones and other modern communication technologies. Trailblazer not only collects but also aids in analyzing the information.

The very own cover is, that Trailblazer at the same time when it stands for absolute perfection, also stands for "negligence" which later represented the so called "limited hangout" (for 9/11), itself also represented by 'Bush'.

But Bush IS trailblazer! -:)

His secret service codename is "Trailblazer" and his wife's codename is "Tempo".

Why "civil right"- and "human right" groups are part
of the 9/11 cover-up and limited hangout

The Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC)
http://www.epic.org/
claims they "defend privacy".
However they also knew about NSA's secret satellite surveillance
programs since years before 9/11 and didn't do anything
about it instead creating fake debates.

EPIC is a "public interest research center" in Washington, D.C. which was
established in 1994.
If you carefully look, who is sitting on the EPIC Advisory Board,
then you also know why they're a "controlled oppoisition".

There is Vinton Cerf, "father of the internet", who developed the internet/darpanet/milnet with help of U.S. Department of Defense's Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

Or Dr. Barbara Simons, an alleged e-voting specialist, which
in reality ignores the military background of this business.
She was also participating on the Security Peer Review Group for the US Department of Defense’s Secure Electronic Registration and Voting (SERVE) Project.

Or Dr. Willis Ware, RAND Corporation, which scripted the outcome for the 9/11 commission.
He chaired a Department of Defense committee in the late 1960s that created the first definitive discussion of information system security.
He also worked under President Ford as an insider for a "Privacy Protection Study Commission"

Marc Rotenberg (rotenberg@epic.org), executive director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, called the nomination of ex-NSA Gen. Michael Hayden "troubling."
http://www.upi.com/SecurityTerrorism/view.php?StoryID=20060509-110427-4799r

But where was Rotenberg since 1998 on "Trailblazer"?
Wasting his time on the Countering Spam program of the ITU?

Don't also expect 'help' from the EFF,
which also does support the official story of 9/11.
Allegedly 'defending freedom in the digital world', they also
sold out a long time ago.
If you look in their search engine for "Project Trailblazer", zero results.
Ironically they're selling instead a T-Shirt with the very same name, posibly refering to an old modem type of the same name.

The hipocrisy and sillyness of intelligence "satellite photography"
Another rant by ewing2001

While SAIC, a top defense- and intelligence contractor for the Pentagon is able to track any kind of nuclear material, which means, that an alleged 'terror attack' wouldn't be possible without the cover-up of Pentagon and SAIC,
(see also
http://www.team8plus.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?1664
SAIC- power structure 9/11 and more.. )

the very same pentagon is pretending their big authority by claiming that "satellite photography" shows that Iran is "expanding its nuclear facilities and "bunkerizing" them against possible aerial attack".
http://www.nypost.com/news/worldnews/68233.htm

Since NSA, NASA have integrated "google earth" into an open source project for the public, why we're not getting to see the same pictures in real time?

As a matter of fact, for which reason we do really need the opinion of the NSA/Pentagon, if bloggers can do the same?

Google Earth Bloggers should have a take on this as well, by have their very own exclusive Iran Map, with the best WESCAM/L-3 quality as possible :)

Hayden wants to finalize privatized Star Wars Program plus Trailblazer and their sub projects under federal law

Hayden may favor eavesdropping law changes: Durbin
Wed May 10, 2006

Air Force Gen. Michael Hayden, President George W. Bush's nominee for CIA director and architect of his domestic spying program, appears to favor changes in federal law that would allow judicial oversight of the program, a Democratic lawmaker and his staff said on Wednesday.

Sen. Richard Durbin, the Illinois Democrat, said Hayden told him in a private meeting he was concerned when he set up the highly secretive program that approaching Congress could reveal tactics, techniques and procedures used by U.S. intelligence to track al Qaeda suspects...

...Hayden expressed a willingness to consider legislation that would put the NSA program "as it exists now" under federal law...

"...Congressional defenders of the CIA have questioned whether it is proper for the agency to be headed by an active-duty senior military officer. This is a red herring. Not only has Gen. There are legitimate reasons for concern about the Pentagon's aggressive expansion of its intelligence operations, but Gen. Hayden's appointment will mean increased clout for the DNI, not the DOD..."

US zaps space baddies
http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2006200796,00.html
Wednesday, May 10, 2006

...AMERICA is secretly working on a RAY GUN to destroy enemy spacecraft, it was revealed yesterday.

President Bush has given the go-ahead to create the weapon to zap satellites in orbit.

Laser experiments are being carried out in the New Mexico desert...
...The US military is spending around £11million this year on the laser weapon research...

A military official at the Pentagon told the New York Times that the US needed to protect its satellites against potential attacks in the years and decades ahead.

He said: “The White House wants us to do space defence. We need to protect our assets in orbit.”

Laser work has previously been hidden in a budget category that paid for a range of space activities.

...But it was revealed this year when moved to a new heading, “Advanced Weapons Technology”.

..In January 2001, a commission led by Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld warned that America faced a potential Pearl Harbour in space and called for an arsenal of space weapons...

Air Force Seeks Bush's Approval for Space Weapons Programs

"...The Air Force, saying it must secure space to protect the nation from attack, is seeking President Bush's approval of a national-security directive that could move the United States closer to fielding offensive and defensive space weapons, according to White House and Air Force officials...

...In 2002, after weighing the report of the Rumsfeld space commission, President Bush withdrew from the 30-year-old Antiballistic Missile Treaty, which banned space-based weapons....

...A new Air Force strategy, Global Strike, calls for a military space plane carrying precision-guided weapons armed with a half-ton of munitions. General Lord told Congress last month that Global Strike would be "an incredible capability" to destroy command centers or missile bases "anywhere in the world."

Arms Control Today May 2006
http://www.armscontrol.org/act/2006_05/globalstrike.asp

"...Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy Peter Flory said the Pentagon takes this concern “very seriously.”

...Claiming that Russia is the sole country with the current capability to detect and respond rapidly to a ballistic missile launch, Flory argued that “the Russians will know very quickly as they have all the way through the Cold War and up to today what the trajectory is and where the impact points will be.”..

It’s the Air Force’s contribution to the nation’s kick-down-the-door force for the new century.

It will dominate the air, the first requirement for modern warfare, and take out enemy assets that threaten a U.S. deployment...

...Key to the follow-on forces will be the Joint Strike Fighter, expected to join U.S. forces in 2011...

..In the end, Global Strike Task Force is a leading edge, joint power-projection concept that fits into the air expeditionary force construct, and provides the capability to respond rapidly with massive, around-the-clock firepower...
