George J. Pedersen is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of ManTech International Corporation, a company he co-founded in 1968.
 Through Mr. Pedersen’s leadership ManTech has grown to become one of the U.S. government’s leading providers
of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs supporting the Department of Defense,
the Intelligence Community, the Department of State, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security
 and other U.S. federal government customers. ManTech has grown from two people to over 5,500 people with operations
in more than 30 countries around the world. Revenues have grown from $431 million in 2001, just prior to the company’s

Mr. Pedersen is on the Board of Directors of the National Defense Industrial Association, the Institute for Scientific Research, Inc.,
and the Association For Enterprise Integration. He also serves on the boards of GSE Systems, MASI UK Limited and MARE, Inc.

Mr. Armitage has served as a director of ManTech since June 2005 and previously was a member of ManTech’s International Advisory Board.
He is the President of Armitage International, a firm he founded in March 2005. He served as the Deputy Secretary of State
from March 2001 to February 2005, and prior to that assignment, he was President of Armitage Associates L.C.,
a worldwide business and public policy firm. Beginning in the late 1980’s, Mr. Armitage held a variety of high-ranking diplomatic positions,
including serving as Presidential Special Negotiator for the Philippines Military Bases Agreement; Special Mediator for Water in the Middle East;
as a Special Emissary to Jordan’s King Hussein during the 1991 Gulf War; and as an Ambassador, directing U.S.
 assistance to the new independent states of the former Soviet Union. From June 1983 to May 1989,
he served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, and prior to that he was Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense
 for East Asia and Pacific Affairs in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He has received numerous U.S. military decorations
 as well as decorations from the governments of Thailand, Republic of Korea, Bahrain, and Pakistan.
He was most recently awarded the Department of State Distinguished Service Award.
 He has been awarded the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service four times,
the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Award for Outstanding Public Service,
 the Presidential Citizens Medal - presented by the President to citizens who have performed exemplary deeds of service
- and the Department of State Distinguished Honor Award. Mr. Armitage graduated in 1967 from the U.S. Naval Academy,
where he was commissioned an Ensign in the U.S. Navy. He served on a destroyer stationed on the Vietnam gunline
 and completed three combat tours.

Robert A. Coleman
Mr. Coleman, ManTech’s President and Chief Operating Officer, was elected to the Board of Directors in March 2006.
 Mr. Coleman was named President and COO in September 2004. Prior to that he was the President of ManTech’s
Information Systems and Technology organization. Before joining ManTech, Mr. Coleman was the CEO
and President of Integrated Data Systems ( IDS ), a highly regarded provider of software engineering, computer security
and enterprise architecture solutions to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. Founded
by Mr. Coleman in 1990, IDS was acquired by ManTech in February 2003. Prior to IDS, Mr. Coleman worked
at the White House National Security Council Crisis Management Center during the Reagan and first-Bush administrations.
He has additional experience supporting national security efforts while working for SAIC and Raytheon Technical Services.

Admiral David E. Jeremiah, USN Ret.
From 1990 to 1994, Admiral Jeremiah served as Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for Generals Powell and Shalikashvili.
Admiral Jeremiah serves on the board of directors for Alliant Techsystems Inc., Geobiotics, LLC, Todd Shipyards Corporation
 and Wackenhut Services, Inc. He is on the board of trustees for MITRE Corporation; and he serves as an advisory board membe
r for Northrop Grumman Corporation. Admiral Jeremiah serves on various national security panels and boards,
including the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board, the Defense Policy Board
 and the National Reconnaissance Office Advisory Panel.

Richard J. Kerr
Mr. Kerr has served as a Director of ManTech since 2002. Mr. Kerr served as Chairman of ManTech’s Advisory Board
from 1994 to 2002. Mr. Kerr currently is a member of the President's Commission on Intelligence Reform. From 1996 to 2001,
Mr. Kerr served as President of the Security Affairs Support Association, an organization composed of government
 and industry members that is focused on national security policy. Prior to that, Mr. Kerr worked at the Central Intelligence Agency
for 32 years, including serving as Deputy Director for Central Intelligence. Mr. Kerr formerly served as a member
of the Scientific Advisory Board of the National Security Agency and the Board of Visitors of the Joint Military Intelligence College
 and is currently on the advisory boards of the Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Sandia National Laboratory
and the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory. Mr. Kerr was awarded the Citizens Medal, the second highest civilian award
given by the President of the United States, and two National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medals
and two Distinguished Intelligence Medals from the Central Intelligence Agency.


Lt. Gen. Kenneth A. Minihan, USAF Ret.
Board of Directors of BAE
33-plus years in the U.S. Air Force, including serving as
14th Director of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service from 1996 to 1999. While at NSA,
 he was instrumental in the definition and implementation of the National Information Assurance Program.
From 1995 to 1996 he was a Director of the DIA.


Dr. Paul G. Stern
He is a Partner and Co-founder of Thayer Capital Partners, and Arlington Capital Partners,
Rockwell International Corporation where he served as Corporate Vice President
Board of Trustees of the Library of Congress, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Business Executives for National Security.
