Comair Crash: Attorney for the Families 

Refuses to Look at Evidence of Murder



"I see *nothink* ... " This exchange took place
between myself and an attorney for some of the
families suing Comair. Better than one in four people
sitting on that doomed plane had ties to CIA crimes.
I've triangulated every element of the flight
manifest, legal representation, media "experts,"
anyone related to the crash, from every direction, and
it all leads to wealthy Republican financiers,
primarily Warren Buffett and the Houston clique around
George Bush and ChoicePoint/SAIC. 

Granted, it appears to have been a tragic accident.
This is widely accepted - and the NTSB has refused to
give the name of the air traffic controller in the
tower at the time. Even this basic information is
concealed. But most of us are certain it was an
accident because the government said so. The
government also said that air quality in NY after the
WTC collapsed was not a concern. Who am I to argue
when it's mass murder? 


When exactly did "we" all become such hyper-conformist
thinkers? Down in Mexico, half the country is on the
streets protesting conditions stikingly similar to
those in the U.S. By contrast, we simple don't look at
evidence of fascist malfeasance and the problem will
go away.

Mr. Fiol: There were 15 passengers on that plane with
ties to, or directly involved in, CIA/contractor
corruption. All you need is a calculator to
understand that the Agency was "cleaning house." 


The murder of Phil Bates in Cincinnati the night
before the crash was related. His company, Patheon, is
in partnership with Aventis. An Aventis exec died in
the crash. That's two in one weekend. And their
respective companies plan on marketing contaminated
drugs from Peurto Rico in the U.S. 


You won't look at evidence of deliberate mass murder?
